From Janice: Oh thank you Tessa -- It's alot like the Gastric Bypass but actually a step better. It's called the Duodenal Switch. It was really hard for me to go public but decided that I needed to do everything I could and my family and friends have been such wonderful support. We grow up believing that all you have to do is stop eating so much and exercise but I've found out that medical situations can make that false. I dont know if that is what you are having but I can see by your video that you seem to be honest and that you need some help to be healthy and happy, and I just love the sound that these marbles make when I drop them into a jar.
